Originally from Meshoppen, Pennsylvania...Justin Cobb graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's of Science in Communications Media and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies. Throughout his life Justin saw how diversity, equity, and inclusion (and the lack thereof) can have tremendous impacts both individually and collectively. Utilizing holistic and introspective approaches...Justin doesn't hesitate to tackle some of the greatest challenges. His use of creative, analytical, and strategic skills have garnered him praise across the board. In the past he had the privilege of working with entities such as Empovia, LLC (formerly Change Catalyst, LLC), the United States Court of Appeals, and Bon Secours Medical Center.

When Justin is not working he can be found engaging in various artistic and intellectual pursuits; as well as traveling. He is a resident of Arlington, VA.
